What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.

Our orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm EST Mon-Fri. We do not offer this on weekends.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21nus business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing any item/s from your order or received an  incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our customer care team  immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We at SENTIR want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, just send it back in its condition “as shipped” to you, within 30 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item.

No returns will be allowed and all sales are final after the 30-day return period.

We are unable to accept or process any returns received by us after 90 days from the date of the customer’s original receipt of the item.

How Do I Return an Item?

Step 1: Send us an email to:[email protected]   with your order number and the reason you want to return the item.

Step 2: Package your return: If possible, use the original packing and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with packaging tape.

How/When Will My Refund Be Processed?

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions are refunded back to the credit/debit account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Can I Return a “Scratch and Dent” Purchase?

All Scratch and Dent items are advertised as “non-returnable.” The defect in the merchandise is clearly advertised. If the item’s defect is greater than advertised, we will allow you to return the item, but the Customer Experience Team must authorize returns on all Scratch and Dent items.

How Long Does it Take SENTIR to Issue Credit?

Upon receipt of your return, processing normally takes up to five (30) business days for the Return Department to complete credit of your refund to your method of payment.

Why is My Refund Not on My Payment Type Statement?

After the transaction is finalized from SENTIR to your financial institution, the financial institution must post it to your account. Generally, this is processed within seven business days. Depending on their policies, posting may take up to thirty (30) days from the date we returned it to your financial institution. SENTIR  is not responsible for the posting policies of your financial institution. If you have questions, contact your financial institution directly. 

JEWELRY QUESTIONS
What happens if the jewelry loses color / rusts?
We guarantee that our jewelry will not rust or lose color. We are very confident in the quality of our products and offer a one-year color warranty. If any of our pieces lose color within one year of purchase, we will immediately refund you the amount payed for the item.
Will the color “fade” with from the alcohol in a perfume?
No, the color will not fade. We offer a one-year warranty for all color-related issues. If any of our pieces lose color within one year of purchase, we will immediately refund you the amount payed for the item.
With most jewelry, perfume and alcohol can damage the pieces very badly. Does SENTIR use a specific metal / coating that prevents this from happening?
Yes, we use a specific coating process named PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) that makes the color more durable and refrains alcohol from damaging the metal.
What karat of gold is the gold jewelry? Is this solid gold or gold-plated?
All gold SENTIR pieces are plated in 14k gold.
Does the scented aspect of the jewelry work with oil-based perfumes? Even non-sprays.
Yes, our jewelry locks in oil-based fragrances, in spray and non-spray form (for example, essential oils), for up to 5 days.
Color warranty
All products are covered by one year warranty stainless steel items
At SENTIR we don’t play about the quality of our pieces. We don’t say our jewelry is waterproof for the sake of marketing purposes – we actually mean it. So, if your jewelry loses the color under one year since they were purchased we will immediately send store credit on the value payed for the item. All you have to do is to send an email to our customer support – service@my sentir.com The golden tone may turn slightly darker after wearing but it’ll not fade. The one year warranty doesn’t cover jewelry breakages, wear and tear or scratches
